The Vernon, Florida City Council swore in several new and returning council members on Monday, March 20, 2023, as seen in the accompanying submitted photos, including Becky Baxley, Brittan Brock and Gwen March. Absent was Mayor Gary Owens, still recuperating from recent surgery.
