To: Residents of the City of Vernon

Re: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Door to Door Survey

The City of Vernon is applying for a Community Development Block Grant from the State of Florida for the following improvements:

  1. Improvements to the City’s potable water wells;
  2. Repaving along Church Street between Moss Hill Road and Pompey Avenue; and,
  3. As alternates, installation of emergency generators at the Spool Mill lift station and the Circle H lift station.

Fred Fox Enterprises, Inc. has been retained by the City to conduct a door to door survey as part of the application process to qualify for CDBG grant. Answering the questions on this survey is vital to the City obtaining this grant, so your cooperation is very much appreciated.
