The CARES Act, signed into law on March 27, 2020, expands Reemployment Assistance benefits to individuals who lost their jobs because of COVID-19.
Benefits will be paid from the date individuals became eligible under the CARES Act, as long as all documentation and paperwork is filed properly and timely.
The City of Vernon, Florida has made the application process available, on the City website as well as at the link (below).
